Multi-Factor Authentication (2FA/MFA)

We are gradually moving all users to Two-Factor Authentication (2FA/MFA) to protect your data and prevent unauthorized access. Soon, login will require a one-time password sent to each user's email. SSO users will not be affected by the new MFA login.

Test Management & Execution

Step Dependencies

Sequenced step execution will always be at the heart of end-to-end testing, but your flow needs more flexibility sometimes.

That’s where the new “Depends On” column comes in. It lets you define specific dependencies between test steps, so you can control precisely when a step becomes Ready to Test based on the status of any other previous step, not just the one before it.

Use it to -

  • Mirror real business logic more precisely

  • Save time by enabling parallel testing when steps are independent

  • Adapt to more complex test scenarios without compromising clarity

This enhancement adds an advanced layer of customization so your tests behave even closer to how your processes work.

New Columns in the Issue List: ATC Test & Code

Add the ATC Test and ATC Code columns to your Issues list in S/4Convert & S/4Accelerate projects. These optional columns help clarify the link between Corrections and the related ATC findings.

Priority Update for Batch Input Corrections

Our team has refined the priority logic for SAP Batch Input Corrections in Impact Analysis projects. While high-priority batch inputs remain unchanged, low-priority batch inputs will now consider the note relevance and association.

Related Notes Support for Fiori

Related Notes now better support Fiori apps and ensure accurate handling of Fiori-related changes.
If a note mentions a Fiori App or ODATA service and the app is used, Panaya will create a Correction and a Unit Test. If the app is unused, Panaya will create a Correction and a Progression Test.

S/4Code: ATC Coverage by Extraction Dashboard Widget

A new ‘ATC Coverage by Extraction’ widget is available in your S/4Code Dashboard. It displays coverage by code extract upload and the fix type (Automatic, Semi-Automatic, or Manual) to help interpret progress run results.

Oracle: Improved Scoping for Cycle Optimization

For Oracle patches and customization analysis, low-priority entry points are automatically set out of scope by default. This change simplifies scoping and reduces manual effort for testers.

Panaya for Salesforce: Improved ‘Search for Text’ Experience

We’ve enhanced our ‘‘Search for Text’’ logic for large documents with better indexing for improved performance and results relevancy.

Panaya for SAP

Last Used Deleted Transactions

The Deleted Transaction Report now includes a “Last Used” column for each transaction, helping users better assess relevance and usage before deletion.

S/4Code Latest Extraction in Dashboard

To ensure accurate insights, the S/4Code Dashboard now displays data from the most recent extraction and system, eliminating inflated numbers from older runs and helping users to understand the current project status clearly.

April 2025

New Dashboard Widget – Field Calculation Distribution

The new and powerful Field Calculation Distribution widget enables users to calculate and distribute numerical values across any grouping field of their choice.

Use it to unlock deeper insights from your data with just a few clicks, such as the average age of defects grouped by owners, the sum of passed steps across all tests grouped by Cycle, and much more.

Hiding Drop-Down Values in Custom Fields

Managing long drop-down lists of custom field values just got easier.

As of this release, admins can hide obsolete values from drop-down custom fields, helping users focus only on what matters. We will keep hidden values in filters, APIs, import and export templates, and activities where they have been used.

User Deactivation Emails

We’ve refined our notification system for improved user control.

Deactivation notifications will only be sent to users if the “Email notification on assigned activities, tasks, comments, views and license” is on.

Mass Edit Notification Settings

You can now bulk update users' email notification preferences by exporting users and using the Import from Excel option.

SAP Change Analysis

Change Analysis - Suggested Tests from Another Project

We’ve made it easier to manage Change Analysis Suggested Tests across projects.

S/4Code

New Fix Type – ATC False Positives

Due to algorithm limitations, the SAP ATC engine can sometimes return false findings. These should not be considered in scope for remediation.

We’ve introduced a new Fix Type to help you manage irrelevant findings more effectively: “ATC False Positive (no action required).” Corrections of this type will be classified as "out of scope" with a relevant comment.

This enhancement helps streamline remediation efforts and ensures a more accurate scope definition.

Project Plan – Latest Extraction Only

We filtered out data from previous systems extractions from your S/4Code Project Plan. Corrections will appear if they originate from your current system and extraction.

Project Plan - Semi Automatic Fixes Includes Automatic Scoping

The Automatic Scoping phase now includes semi-automatic fixes with updated descriptions for better clarity. This enhancement helps minimize the project scope by automatically identifying multiple areas, such as code compatibility and duplicates, with the option to convert them to manual if needed.
