If you are trying to launch the Panaya Testing tool for recording or playing test activities with no success, try to add Panaya to your trusted sites and verify if the extensions are installed correctly, as shown below:

Microsoft Edge Users
Microsoft Edge users should confirm that the Panaya Web Recorder extension has been installed, as shown below.
Verify that the Panaya Recorder extension is Active in edge://extensions
Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features to confirm that the Panaya Web Recorder appears in the installed programs list
If the Panaya Web Recorder is missing from your browser's extensions or the installed programs in the Control Panel, please refer to the Microsoft Edge Installation Guide for step-by-step instructions on installing it correctly.
Google Chrome Users
Google Chrome users should confirm that the Panaya Web Recorder extension and ClickOnce are installed, as shown below.
Verify that the Panaya Recorder and ClickOnce Extension are Active in chrome://extensions/
