Reset Password Issues

Did you try to reset your Panaya password and did not receive an email? See suggested solutions below.

  • Check with your Panaya administrator or Project Manager within your organization that an Active user is defined for you in Panaya.
  • Panaya has two main sites; check your Panaya URL to verify you are resetting the password from the relevant server -
    https://emea.panaya.com OR https://my.panaya.com
  • Check to see your Spam / Junk folder
  • Check to see that Panaya supports your browser
