Assigning Defects to Owners

From within a Project - 

1. Select the Defects tab
   To view your assigned Defects, click on the number within the tab.
   
2. Click on the Defect ID or Subject to open up the Defect details. 
3. Select the General tab 
   
4. In the Ownership section, use the drop-down list to assign users as a Dev owner and Testing owner.
   
5. Save the Defect
