Issue
Panaya Player/recorder locks SAP work processes and causes TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED dumps for other users. This happens due to memory shortages.
Locking the working process is a fundamental requirement of Panaya recorder/player.
Solution
Increase heaplimit and roll extension parameter to higher values
