Icons Not Displaying

Some users may not be able to view some of the icons when working with Panaya.
This article suggests a possible solution for the issue.

To identify the issue - 

1. Open Internet Explorer
    
2. Verify that you have access to the following URLs -
   https://cdn.panaya.com/libs/font-awesome/4.3.0/css/font-awesome.min.css
   http://fontawesome.io/icons/
   The first URL should display the cascading style sheet code (CSS). The second URL should display a list of graphical icons
   
   If you cannot access one of these URLs, your Internet Explorer security settings prevent displaying this content from the Panaya site, as described here in detail.

To resolve - 

Please add *.panaya.com to the trusted sites in Internet Explorer as described in this article
