Decomposing a Requirement

Depending on your selected development Methodology, you can decompose Level 1 development items (typically requirements or features) into level 2 activities such as User Stories. 

From within your project - 

1. Select a requirement / feature / analysis Level 1 development item.
2. Select the Development tab and then the Features / User Stories section
   
   Fill in all mandatory fields - Title, Description, and Technical Priority
3. Click Save
4. You can then create the associated Tasks (level 3 development item) in the same way.
