Access denied (403) - session terminated

Try the suggested solutions below if you are trying to export Tests and encounter the error displayed here. 

1. Add Panaya to your Trusted Sites
2. Use a different browser such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Mozilla FireFox
3. Turn off the pop-blocker in your browser that may be preventing the download of your export request:
   
   • Turn off Pop-up Blocker in Google Chrome
   • Turn off Pop-up Blocker in MS-Edge
   • Turn off Pop-up Blocker in Internet Explorer
