A test within Panaya is a business scenario that you would need to validate.

These are the optional statuses for test activities:

Passed - all test steps are reported as Passed
Failed - at least one step in the test activity was reported as Failed
Not Run - all test steps of the test are in Not Run status OR all test steps of the test are in Not Applicable status
In Progress - at least one step in the test activity is in Not Run status
