  1. Navigate to https://www.speedtest.net/
    Click on GO. Once the test is complete, take a screenshot and share it with Panaya Support.
     
  2. Open Command Prompt window (Start > Run > cmd) and run one of the below commands, depending on your Panaya Domain -
    Ping emea.panaya.com or Ping my.panaya.com
    Then take a screenshot or copy and paste the information to a text file and share it with Panaya Support.
     
  3. Open Command Prompt window (Start > Run > cmd) and run one of the below commands, depending on your Panaya Domain -
    Tracert emea.panaya.com or Tracert my.panaya.com
    Then take a screenshot or copy and paste the information to a text file and share it with Panaya Support.
     
  4. Open another tab on the browser where you use Panaya and navigate to one of the following URLs,
    depending on your Panaya Domain -

    https://my.panaya.com/app/general/health_check.jsp

    OR

    https://emea.panaya.com/app/general/health_check.jsp

    Then take a screenshot or copy and paste the information to a text file and share it with Panaya Support.
     
  5. Please specify the geographical location of the user experiencing the issue.
