A Business Process is an aggregation level within a cycle, enabling you to group business process variants and track progress. For example, a business process called “quote to cash—QTC” would group the following variants: QTC—Domestic, QTC—EU, and QTC—USA.
From within a Project -
- Hover over the Tests tab and select Tests Tree.
- Highlight a Cycle / Folder / Business Process in the tree.
- Click the Add button and select Add Business Process.
