# Authorization Failure

If you are trying to use the Panaya Testing Tool and encounter this error message, follow the suggested solution below.

Follow these suggested solutions to try and solve the issue -

- Verify that the [Panaya Testing Tool Server Side Installation](/v1/docs/how-to-install-the-panaya-recorder-player-for-sap) is configured on the relevant SAP instance that you are trying to capture.

- Verify that the SAP user you are logging in with [is authorized to run the ZP_RECORD transaction](/v1/docs/authorizations-required-for-running-panaya-recorder-player)  
Contact your SAP Administrator to provide the relevant user with the required authorizations
