# Cloned Program Comparison Issues

For HR-only projects, Panaya calculates clone code similarity when data is extracted and analyzed from the **upgraded system**. The three-way code comparison is not available when based on non-upgraded systems. In order to be able to view the code comparison for Adjust Cloned Program activities, [upload your custom code](/v1/docs/how-to-extract-and-upload-your-custom-code) from the upgraded system.
