Panaya will change the status of cloned program corrections when an automatic fix is applied.
The status change is documented in the activity comments.
In addition, Panaya can close Cloned Program code correction tasks if the Vanilla code extracted from your source and target systems are the same (which is then interpreted by Panaya that SAP has not changed the Vanilla program). If this happens, you will see the below comment on the auto-closed task:

Panaya does not automatically close cloned program corrections since it is impossible to determine whether the issue has been fully addressed in many cases.
