Ready to Test Indication

For Steps to be Ready to Test, all of the below should apply - 

• Test is In Scope
• Cycle is launched (Execution stage)
• The previous applicable step (≠ N/A) has been passed
• No Open Defects are associated with this Step 
• No influencing System-Wide Defects (all linked indirect defects have to be closed, linked direct defects have to be resolved)
• For Regulated Cycles - The test has been Reviewed and signed
• No Correction Influence

In addition, for Recommended Unit Test Steps - 

• The associated Correction activities should be Closed or set to Out of Scope
• The Correction Influence for the Cycle is set to No Influence
