# Change Analysis Development Item

Panaya creates a **Change Analysis**development item every time you [optimize your test cycle](/v1/docs/how-to-optimize-your-cycles-with-risk-based-testing) for coverage and risk. All **Change Analysis**development items can be managed in the **[Development and Workstreams lists](/v1/docs/how-to-sort-filter-group-development-activities)**.

- After linking the relevant SAP transports, Panaya creates a dedicated Change Analysis development item with the relevant analysis results.
