# Change Analysis Development Item

This article is for Oracle users. We also have [this article for SAP users](/v1/docs/what-is-a-change-analysis-development-item).

Panaya creates a **Change Analysis**development item every time you [optimize your test cycle](/v1/docs/how-to-optimize-your-cycles-with-risk-based-testing-for-oracle-pathces-or-customizations) for coverage and risk. All **Change Analysis**development items can be managed in the **[Development List](/v1/docs/how-to-sort-filter-group-development-activities)**.

- After linking the relevant Patches / Objects (customizations), Panaya creates a dedicated Change Analysis development item with the relevant analysis results.
The cycle name is used as the title of this development item.

- The**Testing tab** is mirroring all tests in the linked cycle. Adding new tests or making changes to existing tests through this view, will be reflected in the cycle content.
