# Workstreams

**Using the new S/4Convert experience?**

New S/4Convert projects utilize [Fix Packages](/v1/docs/s4code-fix-packages) instead of Workstreams, which group code fixes for review and submission. To see corrections organized by SAP package, [group the Corrections list](/v1/docs/how-to-sort-filter-group-corrections) by SAP Package. This page applies to S/4Convert Core projects (created before October 2026) and to S/4Accelerate projects.

A workstream is a **container of Corrections and Tests** related to a specific [Correction Category](/v1/docs/what-are-the-available-correction-categories-and-types-for-sap-s4hana), module/business unit, and package. Workstreams work very similar to how Requirements work in Panaya and include tasks, effort estimation, status management, linked Corrections, Tests, Defects, and much more. Workstreams are part of your [S/4HANA System Conversion](/v1/docs/welcome-to-panaya-s4convert) or [Upgrade Project](/v1/docs/welcome-to-s4accelerate) blueprint. You can follow our best practice and recommendations, but we kept the flexibility to manage and make any necessary changes.

**Good to Know!** You can move Corrections from one Workstream to another, create your brand-new customized Workstreams, or remove existing ones.

**Where can I view Workstreams?**

1. Click on the menu button![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-VREXBH8T.png) and select your **S/4HANA Project.**
2. Hover over the **Development tab** and select **Workstreams**.

3. You can view all Workstreams in your project, grouped by their **module.**

4. **Click on any of the Workstreams** in the list to view it in detail.

**What should I do next?** Workstreams package activities per module or business unit. This enables you to manage the process most efficiently. Here is a quick example - The “Sales & Distribution -Simplification Item Checks” Workstream includes all the SI Activities for SD. To begin working on Workstreams, we recommend the following steps -

1. **Identify** the Workstreams created by Panaya for the **Pre-Conversion** and **Conversion** [Releases](/v1/docs/how-to-view-a-single-project-or-release-risk) (for Conversion project only)
2. If needed, further **consolidate** the Workstreams per Module / Category / Package
3. **Assign** each Workstream to the responsible **Business Owner**, **Dev Owner,** and **Testing Owner**
