# Side Effect Notes

**Side Effect Notes** are notes that should be implemented in order to fix issues introduced by other notes. If a note is a side effect note, it will be marked as such by SAP. Panaya generates Side Effect Notes activities on a regular basis throughout your project for your project's delivered notes.
