# Remote Connection, Citrix or VDI

If you are working with Remote connection / Citrix environment / VDI -

1. Both the SAP and the Panaya sessions should only be run from the same machine or the same remote connection. Please contact the IT team within your organization and verify that both SAP and PANAYA are enabled on the same remote connection.
2. Your Remote connection / Citrix environment may be preventing the Online Testing Tool from working correctly; you may need to use the [Offline Testing Tool](/v1/docs/how-to-install-the-recorder-player-locally) and deploy it to all users.
