# Unable to install or run this application

1. Click the **Start**button in Microsoft Windows
2. Start typing **turn windows features on or off ![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1639752083535.png)**
3. Select the **Turn Windows features on or off option**
4. Verify that both features are enabled -  
**.NET Framework 3.5** (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)  
**ASP.NET 4.5** (or above) - This feature is located inside .NET Framework 4.5 (or above) Advanced Services
