You may have encountered the following error message when launching the Panaya Testing Tool.
To solve this issue, follow the instructions provided below.
- Click the Start button in Microsoft Windows
- Start typing turn windows features on or off
- Select the Turn Windows features on or off option
- Verify that both features are enabled -
.NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)
ASP.NET 4.5 (or above) - This feature is located inside .NET Framework 4.5 (or above) Advanced Services
