# ICR Synchronizer Troubleshooting

Below are possible issues when accepting suggested fixes and submitting the changes to your SAP system.

| **Error message** | **How to solve this issue** |

| The Synchronizer could not find an open CR with the description “PANAYA Automatic Code Corrections.” | Create a Change Request as described [here](https://success.panaya.com/docs/how-to-install-panayas-intelligent-code-remediation-synchronizer#step-5-%E2%80%93-create-a-transport) |
| The Synchronizer could not find the program source in the SAP system. Verify it still exists and was not renamed or deleted. | Verify program still exists and was not renamed or deleted. Verify you sync the right SAP system. |
| Program is part of '&package&' package. Package transport layer: '&transport_layer&', Target system: '&target&'. No Panaya CR was found with this target system. | Create a Change Request for this target system as described [here](https://success.panaya.com/docs/how-to-install-panayas-intelligent-code-remediation-synchronizer#step-5-%E2%80%93-create-a-transport) |
| Transport '&transport&' has target system '&target&' but all submitted programs have other target systems. All issues will move to failure. | Change the transport layer for the package of the programs to which you are trying to fix, per the steps [here.](/v1/docs/checking-or-changing-the-transport-layer-for-an-sap-program) |

| The Synchronizer could not find a program in the SAP system. Verify it still exists and was not renamed or deleted. | Verify program still exists and was not renamed or deleted. Verify you sync the right SAP system. |

| The program has an inactive version. Review and activate or return to active version. | Review and activate or return to active version. |
| Program is already linked to CR &linked_cr& and therefore cannot be assigned to CR &cr& | Release existing CR or if it’s an obsolete CR, remove the program from that CR. |
