# Execution of Script ADZDPSUM.sql

You may have run the extraction and encountered the following message Error:Executing online patches readiness reports might take a while; please wait ...        ** ADZDPSUM.sqlError occurred during the execution of script ADZDPSUM.sql: The version of your database is lower than the minimum required by Oracle to run the online patches readiness reports.Aborting !!!  
  

To resolve -

1. If you have a higher DB version available for the same Oracle EBS, try running the extraction tool there.
2. If you are using a lower Oracle DB version than R11.2.0.4.0, please contact [Panaya Support](/v1/docs/check-out-panayas-support-portal).
