You can then save your personal [Custom View](https://success.panaya.com//v1/docs/how-to-save-your-custom-list) to be used across projects. 1. Hover over the **Tests tab** and select **Tests List** ![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1679480301923.png) --- ## **View Selection**![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1679480343613.png) Use the **View Selection** option to filter the list quickly - - **My Tests (Ready)** This view displays all Tests with "Ready to Tests" Steps assigned to you. - **My Tests (All)** This view displays all Tests with steps assigned to you, regardless of whether steps are ready to test. The view does not display passed tests. - [Unassigned](/how-to-mass-assign-steps) - [Overdue](/what-are-overdue-tests) - [Blocked](/what-are-blocked-tests) - **Passed** Show all test activities where all steps are reported as Passed - **Failed** Show all test activities where at least one step was reported as Failed - **In Progress** Show all test activities where at least one step is in Not Run status - **Not Run** Show all test steps are in not run status - Not Completed - In Scope - Out of Scope - [Reviewed / Not Reviewed](/v1/docs/how-to-set-a-test-as-reviewed) - If [Regulatory Compliance](/how-does-panaya-support-regulatory-compliance) is enabled for the project, the following views will also be available - - Partially Signed - Not Signed - Ready to Sign > [!NOTE] > Tip! > > You can bookmark views as favorites to allow quick access, streamline navigation, and enhance efficiency when working with lists. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-ZEZJ9YYQ.png) --- ## **Filtering** 1. Click on the **Add Filter** button and select the relevant field to add a new filter. To **sort** by a specific column, **click on the column header** 2. **Click again to toggle** between **ascending** and **descending** order ![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1679480564950.png) --- ## **Grouping** Drag **a column header** and drop it in the area above the table to group columns. Your Custom View will then be available for all Projects ![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1679480848255.png) 4.
