# Complexity & Priority for Oracle

This article is for Oracle usersFor the SAP version of this article, [click here](/v1/docs/how-does-panaya-determine-complexity-and-priority)

Regardless of the type of project you are involved in, Panaya provides extensive information about the various tasks related to a specific problem or issue that needs to be addressed. This information can be used to understand, manage, and eventually fix the problem. Depending on the type of project, the Priority and its corresponding Complexity are determined based on the specific task type. This article describes, per task type, the meaning of the different priority and complexity levels.

| **Activities Type / Project** | **Priority Level** |
| --- | --- |
| Recommended Unit Test Activities for - - Oracle Upgrade - Chart of Accounts - Custom Analysis - Online Patches | **High** If the Entry Point has at least one associated Code Correction classified as High priority **Medium** If the Entry Point has associated Code Corrections classified only as Medium or Low priority **Low** If the Entry Point has no associated Code Corrections |
| Recommended Unit Test Activities – Ongoing Changes | **High** Objects that are directly impacted by the Patches **Medium** Objects that are indirectly impacted by the Patches (These are the “Second Tier” impacted Objects) **Low** Objects in your system where no apparent impact has been found but reside in modules impacted by the Patches. |
