# Manual Test Recorder Local installation in multi-user environments

The Panaya recorder and player support AVD - Azure Virtual Desktop multi-user environments.

To set up the Panaya Recorder & Player to work with Google Chrome or MS Edge browser in an AVD environment, the **installation of the Panaya Recorder for roaming profiles** is required.

## Web Recorder For Roaming Profiles

1. Click on the **Settings button![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1640086999054.png)**to open up the Settings panel
2. Click on the [Installer](https://cdn.panaya.com/downloads/PanayaWebRecorderHostForRoamingProfile/1.0.5/PanayaWebRecorderRoamingProfiles.msi) for **Web Recorder For Roaming Profiles** in the Testing section of the Configuration view.  
Download the .msi file and execute it on the AVD environment with a user with **admin rights**(required).

3.
