# Not receiving emails from Panaya? How to verify

If you are expecting an **email from Panaya** (for example, a verification code for login) but cannot locate it, the email may have been filtered by your email system.

This article walks you through **simple, practical steps** to locate the email and make sure you receive future messages without issues.

---

## What to look for

Panaya emails all come from the following sender: noreply@panaya.com.

The one exception is the **password reset email**, which is sent from support@panaya.com.

Knowing the sender will make searching much easier.

---

## Step 1: Check Spam or Junk folders

If you don’t see the email in your inbox:

- Open your **Spam** or **Junk Email** folder
- Look for messages from noreply@panaya.com

In some cases, automated emails are mistakenly quarantined by spam filters.

---

## Step 2: Search your inbox

Start by searching for the sender's address directly.

#### If you are using Outlook:

1. Click the **Search bar** at the top of Outlook.
2. Type: from:noreply@panaya.com
3. Press **Enter**.

This will show all emails sent from Panaya, even if they were automatically sorted into a different folder or tab.

Outlook’s **Focused Inbox** can automatically move emails to the **Other** tab, which may make it seem like the email was never received. To prevent this, add Panaya to your **Safe Senders** list; see Step 3 below.

You can also manually teach Outlook where these emails belong:

1. Open your **Inbox**.
2. Click the **Other** tab.
3. Find an email from noreply@panaya.com.
4. Right-click the message.
5. Select **Move to Focused**.
6. When prompted, choose **Always move to Focused**.

Outlook will remember this preference, and future emails from Panaya will automatically appear in your **Focused** inbox.

## Step 3: Add Panaya to your Safe Senders list

To prevent Panaya emails from being blocked or filtered in the future, add the sender to your **Safe Senders** list.

- Add: noreply@panaya.com and support@panaya.com.

You can find [Microsoft’s official instructions here](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/add-recipients-to-the-safe-senders-list-in-outlook-be1baea0-beab-4a30-b968-9004332336ce).

This helps ensure verification emails are delivered correctly.

Once noreply@panaya.com and support@panaya.com are added to Safe Senders, Outlook should display Panaya emails in the **Focused** inbox rather than **Other**.

These steps resolve the vast majority of missing email issues.
