# Icons Not Displaying

Some users may not be able to view some of the icons when working with Panaya. This article suggests a possible solution for the issue. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1639751562612.png) To **identify** the issue -

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Verify that you have access to the following URLs -  
[https://cdn.panaya.com/libs/font-awesome/4.3.0/css/font-awesome.min.css](https://cdn.panaya.com/libs/font-awesome/4.3.0/css/font-awesome.min.css)  
[http://fontawesome.io/icons/](http://fontawesome.io/icons/)  
The first URL should display the cascading style sheet code (CSS). The second URL should display a list of graphical icons  
  
If you cannot access one of these URLs, your Internet Explorer security settings prevent displaying this content from the Panaya site, [as described here in detail](https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb457144.aspx).
