# Mozilla Firefox Troubleshooting

To access Panaya and use all of its features using Firefox, you will need to install the following:

1. [Adobe Flash player](https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/)
2. [A Click-Once add on](https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/meta4clickoncelauncher/?src=api)

Please follow the instructions described [here](https://portal.document360.io/v1/docs/mozilla-firefox-your-browser-is-not-supported-by-panaya-error-message) if you still cannot access Panaya.
