# Overall Project and Release Readiness

Use the **Approval Status Progress** **Report**if you wish to track and monitor the overall Project or Release readiness. The report displays all assigned Requirements and how many of them are **pending completion**or **approval**, currently **approved**or **rejected**. The report allows you to **drill down** directly to the **Approvals tab** of each Requirement.

**From within a project -**

1. Click on the **Reports tab**
2. Expand the **Features / Requirements**Section > **Approval Status**

3. You will be able to view the overall project readiness. Click on a Requirement / Feature to drill down.

**Good to Know!**

- Click on the**Requirement Name** or **ID**to drill down to the **Approvals tab**
- **Hover on the Progress bar**for each Requirement to display more information
