# SM37 Job log for Panaya Support

If you encounter issues when extracting your Custom Code, you may need to retrieve your Job Log and share it with Panaya Support.

1. Execute the **SM37**transaction

3. Select the Job name beginning with **ZPANAYA ![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1639922459846.png)**

7. Click **Generate**

The Job log file will appear within the defined directory.
