# Logs for Panaya Support

This article explains how to retrieve the log files for our **Oracle**users. **SAP**users, [click here](/v1/docs/how-to-retrieve-log-files-for-panaya-support).

From time to time, Panaya Support may request that you retrieve certain log files from your machine. These log files will enable Panaya to provide a customized solution more efficiently.

## **Panaya Testing Log Files**

Please provide the following log files - C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Temp\PanayaPlayer\Log C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Temp\PanayaPlayer\Trace C:\ProgramData\WebTestController\log

If you are having trouble finding the AppData directory, type %Appdata% in windows file explorer and hit Enter

## **Panaya Oracle Extraction Log Files**

The log files below were created within the directory where the extraction was executed.  
An output directory was automatically created during the extraction process.The name of the directory will be output_<date>_<time>.

- properties.xml
- context.xml
- etl.log
