# Mapping Development Items to Tests

You can link existing Requirements or Features (level 1 development items) to existing test activities in your project.

1. Select the **Development**/ **Requirements / Workstreams / Workspace tab** in your project.
2. Click on **Import**and select the **Requirements / Features / Workstreams****to tests mapping** option.
3. Click to **download the Panaya template**.

4. Fill in the **Requirements / Features**(level 1 development items)**IDs** and the correspondent **Tests IDs** to be linked  
The relevant development items and tests should already exist in the current project.

5. **Save the file locally** and return to the mapping wizard in Panaya. Click on the **c****lick here** link to add the file. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1673429242644.png)
6. Click **Next**to proceed to the **validation**section.
7. Click **Next**to proceed to the **Review & Select**section.
8. To complete the mapping, click on **Import Mapping.**
