# Manual Test Recorder Setup for Oracle

**Prerequisites**

1. Panaya username and password with the [Test Run Edit & Execute Permission](/v1/docs/how-to-allowdeny-user-permissions)
2. .NET Framework, [version 4.6.2](https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet-framework/net462) and above
3. At least 100MB is available in the Windows temp files directory
4. Minimum bandwidth 20Mbps with less than 50ms latency to Panaya Server - [Learn more](/v1/docs/panaya-recorder-player-troubleshooting)

**Supported operating systems**: Windows 10, 11 **Supported browsers**: [Click here for supported browsers information](/v1/docs/which-internet-browsers-are-supported-by-panaya)

To **Install**the **Panaya Testing Tool** for Oracle -

1. **Log in** to Panaya and select the relevant project
2. Select any of your test activities; you can use the [list](/v1/docs/tests-list) or [tree](/v1/docs/tree-view)view to view tests.
3. Select the **Steps tab** and click on the![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1639854183533.png)to [Run & Document](/v1/docs/how-to-run-document-oracle-tests) the test.
