# Troubleshooting Authentication Token

Panaya ForeSight requires authentication to be established between your Salesforce organization and Panaya. [Read more about how to set up Salesforce authentication](/v1/docs/how-to-setup-salesforce-authentication-with-panaya)

To fix any authentication issues -

1. Click the **Settings button![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1685346977983.png)**to open up the **Settings panel**![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1685347012420.png)
2. In the Salesforce section, select to **Manage Authentication**

3. Verify that pop-ups are enabled. For each organization, click on Disconnect, then click on Connect.

Good to Know!In your org Setup check the OAuth and OpenID Connect Flows options:  
The setting **Require Proof Key for Code Exchange Extension for Supported Authorization Flows** should be set to **Off**.
