# Exporting Users

You can **export all users** from all projects or export users **from specific projects only**.

The exported Excel spreadsheet will include the following -

- First Name
- Last Name
- Email
- Projects (Number of Connected Projects)
- [Status (active / Inactive)](/v1/docs/how-to-set-users-as-active-inactive)
- Last Login Date
- SAP User Name
- User [Custom Fields](/v1/docs/how-to-define-custom-fields)

## Exporting **all users**

1. Use the**Settings button![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1639644849245.png)**to open up the settings panel
2. Select **Users**

3. Select the **Export to Excel**option.  
This option will export all users from all projects that are associated with the current account.  
If you have **more than one Panaya account**, verify that the relevant account is selected using the [Switch Accounts](/v1/docs/how-to-switch-panaya-accounts) button.

## Exporting users by **projects**

2. Select **Users**

3. Select the **By Projects**view ![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1639644929064.png)
4. **Highlight**the relevant project

6. **Save**the exported **.xlsx file**
