# Deleting Tests from Tree

**Caution!** Deleted Tests can be restored within 30 days. After that time, deleted tests cannot be restored.

Only users with [Mass Edit permission](/v1/docs/how-to-allowdeny-user-permissions) can delete Tests.

**From within a Project -**

2. **Right-click** on the relevant Test and select **Delete** **![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1722516835490.png)**
3. In the Delete dialog box, check the "Items in the Recycle Bin are permanently deleted after 30 days. You can restore it from the Recycle Bin before that time."
