# Iterations

This article explains how to enable and define iterations per project. [Click here if you wish to manage Iteration terminology](/v1/docs/how-to-change-iteration-terminology)

1. [Log in to Panaya](/v1/docs/how-to-log-in-to-panaya)
2. Use the Menu button![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1639651268264.png) to select a **Project**
3. Hover over the **Overview tab** and select **Project Details**

4. Set **Enable Iterations** to **Yes ![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1639651291432.png)**You can now begin defining the Iterations by clicking **Add Iteration**

You can define **recurring Iterations to** repeat every set number of weeks  
You can set to **end Iterations** after a set number of Iterations or a specific date

**Good to Know!** Iteration date must be before the Project end date
