# Creating New HR SP Project

To **create a New HR Support Packages Project** -

1. [Click here to learn how to create a new Panaya project](/v1/docs/how-to-create-a-new-project)
2. For **Relevant Countries** - select between 3 options -  
  
**Panaya Supported Countries**  
Select the relevant countries from the drop-down list. Countries that appear here are supported by Panaya.  
The analysis will include notes that are relevant for these countries.  
  
**Other**  
If you select the **Other**option, Panaya will analyze all country notes that are not supported by Panaya.  
If additional countries are selected in combination with the Other option, the additional country notes will be included in the analysis.  
  
**Leave Blank**  
If you do not select the Other option or any other supported country - Panaya will analyze all notes.

**General Notes**are always included in the analysis
