# Clearing Cookies and Cache in Internet Explorer

1. Open Internet Explorer, select **Tools ![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1639743742344.png)** , **Safety**, **Delete browsing history**
2. **Remove** the selection from **Preserve Favorites website data**  
Make sure to **Select** **Temporary Internet Files** and **Cookies ![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1639743755138.png)**
3. Click **Delete![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/DELETE_BROWSING_DATA.gif)**
4. Re-launch Internet Explorer and check if the problem is solved.
