# Clearing Cookies and Cache in Google Chrome

**To Clear Browsing Data in Google Chrome -**

2. Select **More Tools > Clear browsing data![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1643165036499.png)**
3. Select '**All Time**' for the Time range, and select to clear the following: **Cookies and other site data & Cached images and files**![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1643165163582.png)
4. Select **Clear data**
5. Re-launch **Google Chrome** and check to see if the issue has been resolved
