Clearing Cookies and Cache in Google Chrome

To Clear Browsing Data in Google Chrome - 

  1. Click the Chrome menu  on the browser toolbar
  2. Select More Tools > Clear browsing data
  3. Select 'All Time' for the Time range, and select to clear the following: Cookies and other site data & Cached images and files
  4. Select Clear data
  5. Re-launch Google Chrome and check to see if the issue has been resolved
