To Clear Browsing Data in Google Chrome -
- Click the Chrome menu
on the browser toolbar - Select More Tools > Clear browsing data
- Select 'All Time' for the Time range, and select to clear the following: Cookies and other site data & Cached images and files
- Select Clear data
- Re-launch Google Chrome and check to see if the issue has been resolved
