# Clearing Browsing Data in Microsoft Edge

**To clear your cache and cookies** -

1. Open the new Microsoft Edge menu and select **Settings**

2. In Settings, select **Privacy, search, and services**
3. Scroll down to **Clear browsing data**, and click on **Choose what to clear ![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1639743698592.png)**
4. Select '**All Time**' for the Time range, and select to clear the following: **Cookies and other site data &** **Cached images and files**

5. Select **Clear now**
6. **Re-launch** Microsoft Edge and check if the problem is solved.
