# Aligning Requirements to a new Approval Workflow

**From within a Project -**

1. Click on the **Development**/ **Requirements / Workstreams / Workspace tab**in your Panaya project.

2. 3. Use [grouping](/v1/docs/how-to-sort-filter-group-development-activities) and **select the development items you wish to align** with the newly updated Approval Workflow
4. Click on the**Approval Workflow** button and select to **Apply Configuration to Selection** or to **All**
