Open **Control Panel** and select **Internet Options** 2. Select the **Security** tab 3. Select **Trusted Sites > Sites ![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1639923458840.png)** 4. **Uncheck** the **"Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone"** checkbox and then **Add *.panaya.com** to the websites list **![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1639923468046.png)** 5. You can now check back the **"Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone"** check box**.** 6.
