# Google Chrome Browser Version Troubleshooting

This article explains how to solve the issue for **Google Chrome** users. If you are using **Internet Explorer**, [click here](/v1/docs/internet-explorer-your-browser-is-not-supported-by-panaya-error-message).

## **Verify Google Chrome Version**

Verify that you are using a [valid Google Chrome version](/v1/docs/which-internet-browsers-are-supported-by-panaya)

## **Empty Cache and Hard Reload of Google Chrome**

1. Open Google Chrome
2. Hit the **F12**key
3. **Right-click** the **Reload**button

4. Select the **Empty Cache and Hard Reload**

## Clear all cookies and site data

1. Click the **Chrome menu![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1639751339355.png)**  on the browser toolbar
2. Select **Settings**
3. On the left hand side, click on **Security and Privacy**

5. 6. Select **Clear data**

Re-launch Google Chrome and check to see if the problem is solved.
