# Enforcing Manual SAP GUI Logins

This article explains how to enforce Manual SAP GUI Logins in ScriptBuilder.

1. **Clear Stored Credentials** Navigate to the Panaya [SAP connections](https://success.panaya.com/docs/sap-connections) settings and remove any existing usernames and passwords. This ensures the system does not attempt an automated login.
2. **Enable Interactive Mode** Within the Script Builder, locate the [SAP GUI settings](/v1/docs/sap-connection-settings-in-scriptbuilder) and select the **Interactive Connection option**. This configuration prompts the user for credentials at the start of the execution.
3. **Execute and Validate** Run a test script to confirm that the SAP login screen appears and allows manual credential entry.
