# e-Signing Tests

Use e-signature for -

- Test Review
- Test Runs

This feature is part of the Panaya Compliance Package.

You can set a Cycle to [Regulated](/v1/docs/how-to-set-a-cycle-as-regulated) to enforce controlled review, approval, and electronic signature workflows before and after test execution. Configure Any Approver or an [Assigned Approval Workflow](/v1/docs/multi-approver-test-review-and-sign-off), with one designated approver or a sequential approval chain of up to six approvers for both pre-execution review and post-execution sign-off.

## **e-sign Test Review**

For Regulated cycles where the “Any approver” option is selected, you can indicate whether a test has been reviewed and e-sign it using your username and password. If the “Assigned Approval Workflow” option has been selected for the cycle, [check out the guidelines and instructions in this article](/v1/docs/multi-approver-test-review-and-sign-off).

1. Select the **General tab**

## **e-sign Test Runs**

You can review the Test Evidence and **e-sign** the Test Run for each Step (or Steps) with your Username and Password.

To e-sign a Step -

1. Select the **Steps tab.**
2. **Highlight** the relevant Step and click on the **Sign** button **![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1639856952101.png)** You can select **multiple steps** to e-sign with the **Ctrl** or **Shift** keys.

3. Type in your **Password** and click **Sign.**

## Removing e-signatures

2. Select the **Last Run** tab, then select **Remove Signature.**
