# Reset Password Issues

Did you try to [reset your Panaya password](/v1/docs/having-trouble-logging-in-to-panaya) and **did not receive an email**? See suggested solutions below.

- Check with your **Panaya administrator**or **Project Manager**within your organization that an **Active user**is defined for you in Panaya.
- Panaya has two main sites; check**your Panaya URL** to verify you are resetting the password from the relevant server -  
[https://emea.panaya.com](https://emea.panaya.com) OR [https://my.panaya.com](https://my.panaya.com)
- Check to see your **Spam**/ **Junk**folder
- Check to see that [Panaya supports your browser](/v1/docs/which-internet-browsers-are-supported-by-panaya)
